This year, the world-class hospital, Jupiter Medical Center Foundation’s Women’s Health Advisory Council is hosting its first-annual Women’s Health & Wellness Conference and the keynote speaker is fitness superstar, Jillian Michaels. 

The goal of the Women’s Health & Wellness Conference is to educate women on the overall importance of proper health and lifestyle wellness. Some of the subjects to be discussed will be stroke prevention, stress management, heart health, orthopedics and even stress management.

The conference will begin on February 28th with a cocktail reception at the PGA National Resort and Spa. All of the guests of the conference will be able to enjoy mini spa treatments, wine tastings provided by the exclusive Hill Family Estate

Taking place March 10th is the 17th Annual Barry Crown Walk for the Animals in honor of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue. You and your family and friends can join Team Salty Dog Paddle in a fun walk along a scenic route. This year the walk is at a brand new location, City Place. 

The walk winds its way throughout City Place’s beautiful grounds. Both before and after the walk will be fun events food and drink vendors and of course pet friendly vendors. So bring your pets, kids, friends and family out for a day in the sun and fun all to benefit saving the lives of animals in need.
