CONTINUUM West Palm Beach Arts…January 21-30, 2016

CONTINUUM WPB, presented by the West Palm Beach Arts and Entertainment District, is located at the new “Naked Stage Theater” 522 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach. This pop up art gallery and performance space is open through January 30, 2016.

The West Palm Beach Arts and Entertainment District is an integrated collection of inspiring arts and theater venues; art and history museums; galleries; libraries; performing arts companies; and art education foundations. Situated in the heart of South Florida’s most progressive city, West Palm Beach, the District includes more than 20 distinct and notable cultural destinations that form an exceptional industry collection.

CONTINUUM WPB kicked off January 21, 2016 with a “Black Tie and Sneakers” VIP party. Guests were asked to bring in a gently used or new pair of sneakers to be donated to Faith’s Place Center for Education.

Over its 10-day exhibition, CONTINUUM WPB will host a series of events, which incorporate everything that makes up the Arts and Entertainment District of West Palm Beach.  Admission is FREE.

The pop up arts gallery will also host a one-day festival which “a year-long, regionally focused program of events concentrating on motion design and interactivity. KeyFrame Motion.com is a platform for showcasing innovative motion arts videos, 2D and 3D animation, video art and film shorts and will present motion graphics work created by talented artists locally and abroad.” Participate in the contest and/or participate in the day workshops. 

CONTINUUM WPB will combine the Body Painting Battle 2016 contest with the fashion show on January 23, 2016 from 5:00pm- 8:30pm.  All four models, painted by four different artists highlighting wearable art will participate in the Body Painting Battle. DJ Cole will provide live music.
