The 44,000 square-foot museum is in the center of Mizner Park, the heart of Boca Raton. It has a permanent collection of 4,500 pieces including modern and contemporary art, American and European early 20th century work, ancient African and Columbian artifacts, and nearly 2,000 historic photographs. Additionally, the museum hosts new, temporary exhibitions throughout the year to keep things interesting.
The current visiting exhibitions include collections of Canadian photographs, abstract paintings and contemporary murals which will be on display through July 29th. You can view information about current, upcoming and past attractions on the museum's website here.
