Frenchman's Harbor - It's All Coming Together

I drove by Frenchman's Harbor yesterday evening and was impressed at how far that community has come so quickly! A friend of mine who is the engineer who designed the bridges within this community let me know that the bridges are all now complete in the community.
So this is what the corner of Donald Ross Road and Ellison Wilson Blvd. looked like not very long ago.

I took a walk from my house this afternoon to take a peek at how things were coming along in Frenchman's Harbor. I was able to take a quick snapshot of one of the homes being built. I could see that construction had begun on a few different homes.

This morning I drove down Ellison Wilson, which is closed to anyone but local traffic, towards Donald Ross to check on the progression of the construction of this community. As I came to the 'Road Closed' barriers, I was very impressed with the amount accomplished already! Toll Brothers reports that the bridges for the channel being built in Frenchman's Harbor will be completed by late spring. From my estimate they have made tremendous progress.
Frenchman's Harbor seems to be located in the perfect spot, just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. The new community is situated close to upscale shopping, fine dining, and recreational entertainment that Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach have to offer.

A Deepwater Boat Dock For Every Home in Frenchman's Harbor

Toll Brothers has construction underway for one of their newest communities in North Palm Beach, Frenchman's Harbor. At each home site there will be Intracoastal Waterway access and a deepwater boat dock.
Frenchman's Harbor will have access to the Atlantic Ocean via the channel which is currently under construction. The Frenchman's Harbor Channel will be 10 feet deep and 3,000 feet long. Completion of the channel is expected by late spring and will be lined with home sites and will have two new bridges for pedestrians and vehicles.
This brand new neighborhood will have a total of 78 homes site - 30 of these
