The Evergrene Clubhouse

Evergrene ClubhouseYou will be greeted by a covered drive with a stone façade and crisp landscaping when entering the Evergrene Clubhouse. The Clubhouse spans 20,000 square feet and houses the fitness center and aerobics room. Here residents and guests can enjoy both casual and fine dining as well as a professional event staff able to throw together any event you can dream up.

The fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment and a full range of workout gear. The aerobics room offers scheduled classes and is perfect for group fitness with friends.  Bi-weekly free yoga classes are offered and there are private locker rooms.

Some of the other amenities of the Evergrene Clubhouse include an adult room with rich wood detail, plush leather recliners and big screen TVs, perfect for relaxing. A teen room represents the same opportunity for kids and young adults, brightly colored with large TVs and plenty of games. Lastly, there is a quiet library filled with books and is an oasis for some reading or school work.

The Poolside Bar and Tiki

Outside of the Clubhouse is the largest pool in the county boasting 150,000 gallons. The pool overlooks a big lake and wooden pier. The poolside grille offers a casual dining location right in your own neighborhood. The Tiki Bar is a popular place to enjoy a margarita with friends on a Friday evening.

Splash Park

The Evergrene pool is perfect for people of all ages, but especially for the kids Evergrene offers Splash Park. Splash Park is a mini water park complete with slides, waterfalls, fountains and obstacles to play on. Just next to Splash Park is a kiddie’s pool for the smaller children with shallow waters and a lot of room to have fun.
