Weekly Area Report Ending 02/27/10

Singer Island - 10 New listings, 5 Pending, 5 Contingent and 4 Sold. Palm Beach Shores had 2 pending, 1 new and 1 contingent. The Resort claimed 3 contingencies and 2 pending.
North Palm Beach - 13 New listings, 1 Pending, 6 Contingent and 3 Sold. Old Port Cove condos were the hot spot in this area with 6 New listings.
Palm Beach Gardens - 61 New listings, 20 Pending, 38 Contingent and 23 Sold. San Matera produced 5 contingent with 3 pending.
Juno Beach - 8 New listings, 1 Pending, 1 Contingent and 1 Sold. There were 4 new and 1 pending in Ocean Royale.
Jupiter - 54 New listings, 16 Pending, 31 Contingent and 23 Sold. Jupiter Farms led this area with 7 new listings. Sandpiper Cove had 3 contigiencies, 1 new and 1 sold listing.
Tequesta - 9 New listings, 8 Pending, 5 Contingent and 3 Sold. Little Club was the hot spot for the city producing 2 new, 1 contigient and 1 pending.
Stuart - 18 New listings, 24 Pending, 38 Contigient and 40 Sold. Mariner Cay condos led activity in the area with 3 pending, 1 sold and 1 new.
Palm City - 11 New listings, 3 Pending, 17 Contingent and 7 Sold. Copperleif was the most active this week for this area, with 4 new listings.
Jensen Beach - 7 New listings, 9 Pending, 9 Contingent and 9 Sold. Nettles Island, the hot spot in this area for the week, claimed 3 pendings, 1 contigient and 1 sold.
Hutchinson Island - 1 Contingency for an Atlantic View Beach condo.
