North Palm Beach – Changes in North Palm resulted in 12 New, 9 Contingent, 8 Pending and 4 Sold.
Palm Beach Gardens – PB Gardens had seven new listing bringing that total to 44 New, 27 Contingent, 17 Pending and 33 Sold.
Juno Beach – Produced 5 New listings this week with 2 Pending, 1 Contingent and 4 Sold.
Jupiter – Busy again this week, Jupiter had 47 New, 13 Pending, 47 Contingent and 37 Sold!
Tequesta – Showed 8 New, 4 Contingent, 2 Pending and remaining with 12 Sold.
Hobe Sound – 10 New (up 4), 5 Pending, 10 Contingent and 12 Sold.
Stuart – Listed 35 New, with 23 Contingent, 15 Pending with 36 Sold.
Palm City – 12 New with 10 Contingent, 7 Pending and 18 Sold.
Jensen Beach – 1 New, 10 Contingent, 6 Pending and 18 Sold.
Hutchinson Island – 3 New and 3 Sold on the Island.
