Morgan - this is a sample of the report format that we email out each month. The Community List is static, Total # homes is static, Available Homes (pull from active listings by advanced snippet criteria), and percentage is a computation we would like the system to make. I would like this to be dynamic against the current IDX feed.
To effectively select the 'Avaliable Homes' we will need to be able to restrict our search by the following criteria;
City(s)
Sub-Division Name(s)
MLS Area(s)
Street(s)
Waterfront Description(s)
Property Type(s)
We would also want the abiltiy to manually override the computed number (the number available would be static until we change it in this case).
FYI - we would have each community name hyperlinked to the specific page on the website that displays the description and search results from our snippet with community listings.
