While many in-person Summer camps are available to residents of South Florida, some parents want to take extra precautions and encourage their kids to continue social distancing. Don’t worry, there are still plenty of virtual options! Here are a few that your kids are sure to enjoy.

Online Academic Summer Camp

Palm Beach County Youth Services Department’s Summer Camp Scholarship Program

  • Ages: PreK-12
  • Activities: Some of the camps are in-person, on-site and others virtual. Focus ranges from camps with regular activities to academic, sports and for those with special needs.

Florida Children’s Theatre, Fort Lauderdale

Campers will work on their singing, dancing, and acting skills via Zoom, and will prepare a final performance featuring songs and scenes from favorite shows featuring that session’s theme that will be streamed for friends and family; playing theatre games, working on acting exercises, rehearsing their showcase, and other activities.
