Green Cay Wetlands and Nature Center


Green Cay Wetlands and Nature Center in Boynton Beach is a gorgeous, big park offering tons of opportunity for outdoor adventure. The park is centered on nature and offers a 1.5-mile boardwalk that you are allowed to bike on. The boardwalk hovers over the native wetlands and while on it you can see some amazing Floridian wildlife you may have never seen in person. From bobcats to alligators to birds of prey, you won’t want to miss this park experience. The park also features an indoor educational center with animal exhibits, a lecture hall and a gift shop.

Okeeheelee Park 

What makes Okeeheelee Park, in West Palm Beach, such a great destination are all of its amenities. The park features a 27 hole golf course, tons of biking and walking paths and of course its famous 111 acre equestrian center and water skiing park. The Jim Brandon Equestrian Center offers a riding ring, horse trails and areas to watch the riders. The water skiing park features boat ramps for tricks, ramps to launch your boat and bleachers to sit and watch the action. Some of the other amenities of Okeeheelee Park include a BMX track, baseball fields, kayaking lakes, fishing lakes, and an indoor nature center with animal exhibits and a gift shop.

Carlin Park 

The beloved Carlin Park in Jupiter is a beautiful beach park with pristine sandy beaches, gorgeous blue water and an entire park adjacent to it. Carlin Park boasts baseball fields, bocce ball, softball courts, tennis, shuffleboard, picnic areas, a kids playground, running and exercise paths, an amphitheater and a delicious restaurant called Lazy Loggerhead Café. There is not much Carlin Park doesn’t have.
