From Paradise to Paradise, about only 55 nautical miles of crystal clear ocean waters in between, South Florida and the island of the Bahamas!

When you reside in South Florida, the tropical world is at your disposal, literally! Owning a home on the water-filled state, puts you at only 55 miles away from the blissfulness of the Bahama breezes!
Spontaneously, many say, “let’s take a quick trip,” for example, from the Jupiter Inlet to the West End, it is only a couple of hours at sea and you are lying on a hammock or diving with the sea turtles within moments of stepping onto the pink sands, some areas even have caves and lively pool bars!

For many South Florida residents, especially in Palm Beach County or Broward County, having a boat is just as a priority as owning a car but that is not the only way to travel to the Bahamas from Florida. There are frequent flights available and affordable to fly out of West Palm Beach or Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Day or several day cruises are very common too!

Surrounded by warmness and flawless water with sandy shells make the Bahamas so incredible, like little island gems floating in the blue oasis. Each Bahamian island is different and makes a quick trip feel like a whole new world from one island to the next.

The island homes and resorts are colorful and charming, with lots of overflowing vegetation that is naturally enriching. The days spent there are brimming with uncontrollable sea life and birds flocking the areas, it is definitely not rare to see porpoises and sea turtles. Venturing into the water, you will see many starfish, sea fans, corals, sand dollars and more frolicking in the shallowing waters.

There are plenty of perks to living in South Florida
