True Food Kitchen, a health minded food concept made famous by the Dr. Andrew Weil, a healing foods guru is opening a restaurant in the Gardens Mall next year. The national restaurant chain gained Orpah Winfrey as an investor last year. The Palm Beach Gardens location will be the company’s third location in Palm Beach County.

The company announced a new location just a year after True Food Kitchen had opened a located at the Boca Raton’s Town Center mall. The Boca Raton location is a 7200 square foot restaurant and the Gardens Mall location is expected to be a little larger at 8000 square feet with both indoor and outdoor dining. The new restaurant is expected to be located on the second floor of the mall near Sears and Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant. The restaurant is taking the former space of four former shops including Mrs. Fields Cookie Shop which has moved and reopened in the food court.

But before the restaurant opens in the Gardens Mall, there is one going to be opening up in West Palm Beach’s CityPlace in the Spring of 2020. No opening date for the Gardens Mall location has been announced but is rumored to be in the Spring of 2020.

The menu is centered around fresh and seasonal inspired dishes and the menu features pizzas, poke bowls, sandwiches, salads, fish tacos, and burgers to name a few. There is also plenty of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan menu options. Click here to view the menu.

In addition to the three locations in Palm Beach County, the restaurant also has 3 more Florida locations opened and planned in Jacksonville, Naples and Miami.
