Alton Town Center To Get More Shops And Restaurants

The newly constructed and continuing to grow neighborhood in Palm Beach Gardens is set to get more shopping and dining options to their Town Center. Alton, location off of Donald Ross Road and east of Interstate 95, construction workers are busy getting everything together.

A PetSmart and a Publix have recently opened in the new area and residents are looking forward to more dining options and shops that are planning to open in the next couple of months.

According to the news article, the Town Center will be getting more dining, fitness center and retail between now and the next upcoming months that will offer more places to go for the residents and locals. Some of the proposed tenants include: Starbucks, Tipsy Salon, Juniors Barber. Panera Bread, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chase Bank, Chipotle, MOD Pizza, Home Depot and more.

When the construction of the neighborhood is finished, there will be about 930 homes and an additional 300 apartments between Alton and Alton’s Town Center. Eventually the neighborhood will connect Donald Ros Road and Hood Road to the south.
