Palm Beach County celebrates arts and culture with 42,000 different events annually designed to educate, entertain, and inspire passion for the arts. From museums and theaters to outdoor art districts and festivals, the Palm Beaches encourage a lifestyle of growth and creativity.
The area's appreciation for the arts comes from its rich history and its visible remnants like the Jupiter Lighthouse, one of nine federally designated Outstanding Natural Areas in the U.S. and the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, the only League of Resident Theatres B+ certified theater in Florida- one of five in the entire U.S.
More than 200 local organizations already generate $525 million a year for the arts and the county is planning another 40 cultural expansions over the next ten years valued at $500 million. From small events like weekly classes and nightly concerts to large events like the South Florida Fair and Sunfest Music Festival, there's literally something for everyone to do at any given point in time.
