Bedner's Farm Fresh Market takes great pride in being one of the few remaining family owned and operated farmer's market in Southeast Florida. The family takes pride in bringing fresh produce from the farm, grown right outside their back door.

The Bedner's grow a wide variety of vegetables on the 80 acres where the Market is located. These crops are rotated every year to achieve best crop production. The farm offers u-pick, tractor rides, educational field trips, freshly made ice cream and private parties in addition to the fresh produce grown. Giving opportunity to for fresh, locally grown produce to go from “farm to fork”.

Sustainable agriculture is a way of producing food that is healthy to eat and does not harm the environment.  There is no "sustainable" label, so eating sustainably means understanding the issues, getting involved with your food, and knowing the people who grow and sell it. This includes humane working environments for laborers, respects animals on the land, offers fair wages to the farmer, as well as supports and enhances local community.

The Bedner family has been farming in South Florida since 1950 and with continued support they will be here for generations to come.  By eating sustainably, you are also supporting a true American tradition that's part of our cultural heritage – the small, independent family farmer.

Thank you for supporting your local farmer!
