“Embark on a cultural journey filled with authentic Italian food, music, art and tradition!” The Feast of Little Italy, Abacoa Town Center, 1200 University Boulevard, Jupiter is a three day, favorite community event. Jerry Somma, president of the Feast of Little Italy “welcomes all” to the 12th Annual Italian Festival, November 7 – 9, 2014!
Prepare for sensory overload. First your sense of smell, as food vendors line the streets, aromas of onions and peppers, spaghetti and meatballs, eggplant parmigiano, calamari, sausage and peppers, and so much more. Then you will be delighted by the sounds of the performers scheduled as the daily live music plays on. It is a varied line-up with a little something to please everyone. Finally, the sights (and delicious smells) of live cooking demonstrations, children’s favorite festival games like popping balloons and shooting basketball hoops, as well as rides! Take in a wine seminar, learn a little about the wine, or just have a sample. Join a bocce game in the Bocce Pavilion or stop in the Art Pavilion.
On November 9 at 2:00pm, Guinness World Records will be on hand to officiate an attempt at the “World’s Largest Cannoli” attempt. Will a new world record be achieved in Jupiter? Do not miss this fun, family opportunity to possibly witness history in the making.
