 Come nurture your body and soul with outdoor yoga. Sunset beach yoga is held at Delray Beach’s Atlantic Dunes Beach.  The intention of this gathering is to provide an opportunity to “come, slow down and connect with nature, while nurturing themselves with an invigorating physical practice that also liberates stress and tension from the body... or to simply sit on the sand and share the community energy, while enjoying nature without an agenda.”

Palm Beach County was the only county in Florida with two restaurants featured on OpenTable “Top 100 Restaurants in America” list. OpenTable’s 2019 “Top 100” list includes a Palm Beach popular hotspot and an intimate French restaurant in Tequesta.

Art enthusiasts are invited to join the Lighthouse ArtCenter Gallery and School of Art, located at 373 Tequesta Drive, in Tequesta. Unite with Lighthouse ArtCenter members and associates on the third Thursday evening of each month. The next evening is scheduled for December 19, 2019 at 5:30 pm.

Martin County is home to one of the most bio-diverse lagoon ecosystems in the Northern Hemisphere. It is situated right here in our own backyard, Martin County, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon.  

The St. Lucie Inlet is one of the most bio-diverse estuaries in North America. It separates the barrier islands of Hutchison Island and Jupiter Island. Celebrate the holidays at Whitehall, Flagler Museum. Here's a chance to add another family-friendly activity to your holiday season.  Take a step back in time to holiday seasons in the 1900’s.  Whitehall is a 75-room Gilded Age mansion open to the public in Palm Beach. Located at 1 Whitehall Way, Palm Beach, construction was completed in 1902.  The building is a major example of neoclassical Beaux Arts architecture designed by Carrere and Hastings for Mr. Flagler.  

Flagler was a prominent leader of industrialism in the late 19th century. Whitehall was to be a winter residence, and Henry gave it to his bride, Mary Lily, as a wedding gift.  He was also the foremost developer of South Florida as a vacation destination. The Whitehall building is listed as

Nestled in a small shopping plaza on the pristine, white sand beaches of Singer Island with souvenir shops, sandwich shops and restaurants is Santana Cigars, 2527 Beach Court, Singer Island.  Santana Cigars is an artisan cigar shop. The intimate cigar bar however they don't sell liquor but offer an artisan cigar experience worth trying.

Owned by Jesi and Fidel Santana, 5th generation cigar rollers, the store sells only the cigars they make in the Dominican Republic.
