Delray Beach continues its long tradition of street festivals and art fairs with the third annual Delray Beach Wine and Seafood Festival, Saturday and Sunday, November 8-9, 2014 in Downtown Delray Beach. Seafood lovers and wine drinkers will enjoy this upscale event. Over 150 artist and craft exhibitors will line the avenue.
Stroll along the palm tree lined streets while enjoying a glass of chardonnay. The festival will feature local, very popular seafood vendors and delicious wines from wineries from around the world, including Italy and Napa Valley. Expand your knowledge of wines by attending one of the many wine and food pairing seminars led by vintners from internationally renowned wineries. Winemakers like Silver Oak, Cakebread, ZD, Plumpjack, Chalkhill, and Castello Banfi will be present at the tastings. Artists will also set up tents to display their fine art.
Complete your involvement at the wine and seafood festival with a visit at the Heineken Lounge, which is near the main stage, and enjoy a cold beer while listening to some great live music!
The Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce hosts this FREE event. It runs from 11 am to 7 pm along East Atlantic Avenue from Intracoastal to A1A.
