Fitness in the Park is a program offered by the Delray Marketplace Amphitheater.  The shopping center’s new program will offer yoga classes on the first Saturday and Cross Fit classes on the first Sunday of November and December.  Classes begin at 9:00 am for yoga, which will be led by LivYoga Institute and 10:00 am for CrossFit Boca Raton.

Delray Marketplace has something for everyone … from shopping, movie theaters with IMAX, to bowling.  It is a “lifestyle center”.  The community amphitheater features local artists and fun family events.  After your workout stop by GNC and speak with an associate about your health and fitness goals or pop into one of the retailers and pick up a new outfit.  The Delray Marketplace is also giving away $1,000 a week in Holiday shopping spree giveaways.  Register and you may be in for a little extra holiday cheer!
