What better way to mix up your workout routine than by trying yoga in a new place with a new partner. The place You Farm or Erinwood Farm. The partner, baby goats!
The studio “Downward Goat,” which hosts classes in both Loxahatchee and Broward, specializes in what is known as caprine vinyasa. That is, yoga with baby goats. You come stretch out and participate in the outdoor session while instructor Kim Depasquale leads the classes in a number of flows. By the end of class you are sure to feel great!
About The Instructor
Kim is ecstatic to share her passion for yoga. You can find her practicing on land or at sea. Kim is certified in Kundalini and draws inspiration from her many teachers. She is working towards her 500 hours with Shiva Rea, a mentor that she holds close to her heart. Kim’s classes aim to inspire, connect and motivate students to become aware of a connection with nature and the natural rhythm of our planet and the elements.
You Farm
You Farm was established in 2015 in a our garage. It was there that we discovered modern farming techniques to hydroponically grow greens and share them with our neighbors. One year later we purchased an overgrown dirt lot in Loxahatchee FL and developed You Farm into one of the areas newest agricultural destinations. By 2018 the You Farm brand quickly become known for its beyond organic label of greens, YouPick fields, rescued animals, seasonal events, master chef dinners, field trips, camps, festivals and more...
We produce hydroponic lettuce, greens, herbs, wheatgrass, barelygrass and microgreens. Communal Garden Plots and rescued animals.
Erinwood Farm
Erinwood is another local farm in Broward which regularly hosts baby goat yoga events. The farm is located in Broward: 6120 SW 173rd Way, Southwest Ranches, FL.
