Spruzzo is a rooftop restaurant located at the luxurious Ben Hotel in West Palm Beach. When you arrive, there is a separate elevator right at the entrance of the hotel.  Spruzzo is “splash” in Italian.  It will be open in honor of Mother’s Day weekend 5/12 and 5/13 from 9AM -7PM and 8AM -9PM and then daily after that.  

It offers a rooftop heated saltwater pool which will be open from sunrise to sunset.  Take the express elevator from the ground level to the rooftop Italian inspired lounge, Spruzzo. featuring dining options from entrees to light bites complimented by our diverse cocktail and wine menu.

The diverse menu offers options from entrees to light bites complimented by our diverse cocktail and wine menu. Throughout the month enjoy entertainment to further enhance your day or evening. The cabanas come with flatscreen televisions to enjoy your favorite show or sporting event and each are well attended by our pool service team including menu and beverage service. 

Treat Mom to a spectacular, rooftop experience!  Due to popularity, we are a first-come, first served restaurant and do not take reservations; however if  you are seeking to rent one of the 8 cabanas, please email with your request including name, date, time, # people.
