While you can indulge in lunch or dinner at Bond Street Ale and Coffee (formerly Bond and Smolders) located at 1626 South Federal Highway, Boynton Beach. The café is in the East Boynton Beach Riverwalk Plaza and is best known for its European-style baked goods, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Bond Street Ale is Boynton Beach's go-to for everyday artisan loaves of bread, sweets, coffee, and more. Modeled after an original bakery in the Netherlands. The shop is a traditional European-style cafe with a bright, friendly atmosphere. Every day the kitchen staff is crafting original treats from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients.

Owner Philip Van Egmond, a former sculptor, used his artistic talents in both the decor and menu. “I wanted to offer a different approach than a traditional French bakery,” he says. “Our dishes reflect a global influence and the flavors of street food and appeal to a younger audience.”

Walk through our doors and take in the aroma of freshly baked bread. Take a seat and sip on a specialty coffee with homemade caramel, or bite into a specialty sandwich. Enjoy our soda or savor the taste of an authentic quiche. No matter when or why you stop by, we will make sure it is an experience you will not soon forget. Choose from a variety of quiches including kale, mushroom, salmon, or the classic Lorraine, the Poach di Parma (prosciutto di Parma, poached eggs, baby arugula, Parmesan garlic truffle aioli, and seasonal melon). a customizable breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun, the Banjo Jack Special (scrambled eggs with mushrooms, spinach, tomato, and goat cheese).
