The Executive Chef, Tory Martindale, feels food should be fun and whimsical.  He is quoted as saying, “I love to create dishes by mixing different cultural pinpoints of flavor and style. A chef’s mind is a giant library of flavors, combinations, techniques and plating concepts. Whenever I build a dish, it’s like flipping through a massive directory and finding the nuances that may connect one item to another and then synergizing it all into what you are creating at the moment.”

Choose from a variety of tropically influenced international entrees and appetizers while sitting oceanside at a table or relaxing at the bar. Listen to the gentle ocean breezes.  Atlantic Bar and Grill offers exotic tropical drinks and traditional poolside cuisine from around the world. Choose from Peruvian ceviche, Atlantic salmon chirasi and ahi tuna from Southeast Asia, pescado (fish) tacos inspired by Mexico, lamb keftedes sandwiches suggestive of the Middle East and much more.  No matter which dish you choose, the flavors will exude the essence of being seaside. Serving lunch and dinner daily 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
