The Cypress Boardwalk Trail
The Cypress Boardwalk Trail in the Grassy Waters Preserve is a wetlands ecosystem that features lots of South Florida wildlife and plant life. The preserve covers about 20 square miles, while the Boardwalk Trail itself is over a mile long. On this guided walk your kids will get a sense of what it was like to like in Florida centuries ago when much of the land was covered in swamp. This will also be an entertaining event for parents looking for something to do with their kids that involves nature and the great outdoors.
