For high-end buyers considering Florida, Jupiter is rarely the only market on the table. They may also be weighing Palm Beach, Naples, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Hobe Sound, or other established coastal communities. Many already know the state well. They have stayed in the hotels, visited friends, played the clubs, taken the boat out, and spent enough time here to understand that every market has its own personality.

The appeal of Jupiter, Florida is narrow by design. It does not try to be all things to all buyers, and for the people who choose it, that focus is the draw.

A Coastal Town That Still Feels Like a Town

Jupiter has grown into one of the most desirable communities in Palm Beach County, yet it never tipped into the…

Admirals Cove is one of the most closely watched private club communities in South Florida, and its real estate market moves through a small circle of agents who know the community well. In 2026, one name stands apart from the rest of that circle by a wide margin. From January 1 through mid-August, Rob Thomson of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities has represented more than five times as many buyers and sellers in Admirals Cove as his closest competitor.

That is a meaningful gap in any market. In a community as specialized as Admirals Cove, where dockage, membership, golf frontage, and interior water views all price differently, it says something specific: the agent who sees the most transactions is also the one with the clearest read on…

Most buyers who end up in Tequesta didn’t set out to. They came to look in Jupiter, toured a handful of homes, and then drove a little farther north to catch one more showing. Somewhere past the Loxahatchee the lots got bigger and the streets went quiet, and the question changed from which Jupiter house they wanted to whether Jupiter was the right town at all. That is usually where Tequesta comes in.

It is worth being precise about what “crossing the bridge” actually means, though, because the map is not quite as tidy as the phrase suggests.

Where Jupiter Ends and Tequesta Begins

It is tempting to treat the Loxahatchee River as the line between the two, especially since you usually cross a bridge to get from Jupiter’s busier core toward…

The housing experts say the market is “normalizing.” But what does that mean for the Palm Beaches? Will home prices in Palm Beach County and rents finally come down? Will more homes go up for sale? And what does the year ahead have in store for the real estate market?

“The nation’s housing market, after a wild surge that sent home prices up over 30 percent in some cities in 2021, will be less intense next year”, according to Lawrence Yun, chief economist of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

The NAR 2022 housing forecast anticipates the market will continue slowing down from the frenzy seen in the spring when prices shot up to new heights. However, prices will stay high, inventory will remain tight, and mortgage rates will rise. Other…

It might have taken him 40 starts, but Darren Clarke is finally a winner on the PGA Tour Champions.

Needing a birdie on the 18th hole on Sunday at the TimberTech Championship, Darren Clarke safely two-putted from 40 feet to get his first professional win since the 2011 Open Championship and prevent Bernhard Langer from successfully defending his 2019 title.

“I’ve had a lot of opportunities the last few years, so it’s great to finally win one,” Clarke said. “I wouldn’t be working this hard if I didn’t think I could still win.”

It had appeared that Langer, a Boca Raton resident, was well on his way to back-to-back victories at the Old Course at Broken Sound and three in the last 10 years. He held a 1 shot lead…

In a move that is largely considered unprecedented, the owners of the Boca Country Club have announced their plans to donate the exclusive country club to the city.

The club, which features an 18-hole Joe Lee designed championship golf course, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a pool will now become a public club, with the goal of it going 100% public within the next year.

The club is currently owned by MSD Partners and Northview Hotel Group who purchased the property in June of 2019 along with the Boca Raton Resort and Club. They are donating Boca Country Club to the city in order to focus more on the Boca Resort and Club and also to help give back to the city and its residents.

While the club will become public moving forward, those who are…
