Hive Bakery & Café is a fashionable and chic American-style eatery serving breakfast, lunch, soup, pastries, and coffee. Hive is located at 424 Palm Street in West Palm Beach. The husband-and-wife culinary team of Jay and Amber Felton own the chic café. Diners have the option of dining in or taking it “to go.” They even offer “to go” dinners.
Hive Bakery & Café offers a flavorful menu based on seasonal selections of fresh, local produce. Featuring house-made pastries, artisanal bread, and savory cuisine focused on wood-fired rotisserie cooking and seasonal vegetables, Hive Bakery and Cafe is a savory spot to eat. Feast in the main indoor seating area or dine al fresco outdoors under the adjoining gazebo.
Jay serves as executive chef and makes the classics that everybody knows with a unique twist such as a turkey club, avocado toast, truffled mushroom tartine, or wood-grilled salmon salad. Amber and her Michelin three-star background are in the role of an executive pastry chef. She creates distinctive candies, twice-baked croissants, and decadent flourless chocolate torte. Together they have created an eclectic yet distinguishable menu.
