Need a new way to workout? Try Hula Hoop Fitness! A great core and cardio workout, hula hoop fitness is a new way people are losing weight and having fun while doing so.
There's a new free class at the Mandel Public Library in West Palm Beach that happens every Sunday at 2 p.m. Group Fitness Instructor, Hoop Fitness, and Hoopyasa Trainer Connie Mullen will teach you how to get fit using a weighted hula hoop in just one hour a week!
Head over to the library to get in shape, have some fun and make new friends! No class on April 1st.
