The Jupiter Town Council has unanimously approved a two-story retail/office building which will have a 60-seat restaurant.  Nestled above the quaint restaurant and office or shops will be six residential apartments.

The 2-acre piece of property calls for a 15,000 square foot, two story building on the east side of A1A in the heart of Jupiter’s “Funky Fishing Village”.

The Jupiter Inlet Village, casually known as the “Funky Fishing Village” is a gathering place for entertainment and relaxation while preserving and respecting Jupiter’s history and small town feel. The new property will complement the existing 5,300 square foot office building on the property already that keeps in character with the funky village feel.

The first floor café will feature al fresco dining, if desired, which will end at 11pm on weekdays and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.  Alcohol may be served to those over the age of 21.  A special permit will be required for outdoor music.

Other projects in the works for the “Funky Fishing Village” area include an 18 hole mini golf, a four level parking garage  (across the street from the Waterfront Properties corporate offices), expansion of Guanabanas restaurant, the Square Grouper Tiki Bar, Bubba Gumps and much, much more!
