Are you looking for something fun that may be a little out of your element but will kick off the end of your summer with a sense of accomplishment?! Sign up to participate or to volunteer for the 2014 Jupiter Medical Center Loggerhead Triathlon.

The Loggerhead Triathlon is one of the longest continuing triathlons in the state of Florida. Since 1985, triathletes have gathered in Jupiter to enjoy the Oceanside setting, family-friendly atmosphere, and the competition that takes place year after year.

The race takes place on August 2nd, 2014 at 7 a.m.-12 P.m. at Carlin Park in Jupiter, FL which consists of 3/8 mile ocean swim, 13 mile bike ride and flat 3.1 mile run. Awards will be given to the top three overall winners.

However, if you know that a triathlon is not your cup of tea, volunteer for one of the twelve stations that need more help!

Either way, you will feel the sense of self-gratification and accomplishment!
