New Restaurant Opens at Downtown at the Gardens
Avocado Grill opened its second location at the Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens. The restaurant opened on Friday, January 12th for dinner.
The popular fresh bistro opened three years ago in West Palm Beach and changed downtown’s dining. The new location has been in the making for the last year and a half, transforming into a larger restaurant that will eventually in the upcoming weeks feature an outdoor seating area and bar.
The new Palm Beach Gardens location is only currently serving late afternoon cocktails and dinner but hope to start serving weekend brunch and lunch services very shortly.
Avocado Grill, or AG2 has some of the same traits as the West Palm Beach location that has made this restaurant so popular. The new location is twice the size as the original location, has an excellent chef who worked his way up the ranks, and more staff to accommodate for the larger location.
The restaurant features cream colored booths and tables, light wood accents, rustic lighting, and space for a raw bar. The bar also has an avocado tree sculpture surrounded by bar stools and unique lights.
The menu is slightly larger as well, adding delicious dishes such as Chilean sea bass, barbeque brisket sandwich, and Blow Torch Salmon to this location. The remainder of the menu will mirror each other and will feature some of the same veggie dishes, raw fish, sliders, salads, tacos, and of course avocados.
Reservations are strongly suggested and can be made by calling 561-766-2430 or by visiting www.OpenTable.com.
Hours:
Sunday- Thursday: 5 pm to 10 pm
Friday-Saturday: 5 pm to 11 pm
The restaurant is located at 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Avenue Suite #401 in Palm Beach Gardens.
