International Sushi Day rolls into town on June 18, 2022, when chopstick-wielding fans celebrate their cravings for the perennial Japanese treat. Set your culinary GPS for the Delray Beach seafood hotspot, City Oyster & Sushi Bar, where master sushi chef Suphot Bhisittrakulporn will present his Instagram-worthy epicurean creations, handcrafted to impress every palate.  City Oyster is located at 213 East Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach.

Sushi lovers will have their hands full with an endless list of seafood picks, including specialty and signature showstoppers like the Poseidon Roll ($26), a no-rice roll loaded with fried spicy tuna, kani, asparagus, wakame, wasabi aioli, and kimchee yuzu sauce; the Yummy Roll ($17.50) with inside out shrimp, krabmeat, masago, avocado, tempura flakes, sesame, and spicy mayo; and the Delray Beach Roll ($34.50), a California roll stacked with shrimp, Maine lobster, avocado, and mango miso sauce. Indulge your sweet tooth with the Mango Tango Roll ($20.50), stuffed with fresh mango, krabmeat, shrimp, avocado, and cream cheese, topped with grilled tuna and tobiko.

Feeling extra special? Tuck into chef Bhisittrakulporn's Titan Roll ($39), a gastronomic masterpiece featuring jumbo shrimp tempura, NY strip steak, asparagus, cream cheese, jalapeño, crispy onion strings, and potato sticks with a truffle-sweet soy reduction and micro herbs.

Vegan patrons can indulge in farm-to-table favorites like the Godzilla Veggie Roll ($16.50), bursting with avocado, asparagus, kale, shishito peppers, wasabi, sesame, and green sauce wrapped in cucumber; Vegan Zen Roll ($16.50) with carrots, asparagus, cucumber, marinated squash, avocado, and furikake rolled in green soy paper.
