Coral Cliffs Rock Climbing Center, 3400 S.W. 26th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale offers lead climbing classes, private instruction, beginners’ classes, and even classes for kids. This is a beautiful place to get into rock climbing before you get started going on your own.
Florida Atlantic University's main campus in Boca Raton is proud to host the only climbing center in all of Palm Beach County. Our outdoor facility has an inclined bouldering wall and a 30-foot-tall rock wall. Our rock wall is full of exhilarating features and routes built for any climber from beginner to expert. Certified belay experts are present to guide you up and down our wall while answering any climbing questions you might have out at the course. All climbing gear, including harnesses and carabineers, are included in your membership cost.
The Nature Conservancy Blowing Rocks, located at 575 South Beach Road, Hobe Sound, offers impressive, natural, real-world rock walls for more experienced climbers. You should not try to climb real, outdoor, rocks or cliffs if you are a beginner. But, if you do, make sure you take all the necessary precautions and go with someone who is more experienced than you are.
