Saturday Morning Exercise At The Hilton In West Palm Beach
The West Palm Beach Hilton hosts a free poolside Pilates class every Saturday morning from 9AM to 10AM. Ginelle Ruffa, who won Mrs. Palm Beach this year, will be leading the class.
Pilates lengthens and strengthens your muscles to create a lean, strong, and flexible physique! Poolside Pilates is a total-body workout that focuses on stabilizing the core muscles, while promoting total-body balance, strength and flexibility. The class will utilize a variety of resistance bands, balls and weights to tighten and tone.

About Pilates
