The Food Network, Cooking Channel, along with Food and Wine present the 15th season of epicurean delights in South Beach. The South Beach Wine and Food Festival will be presented February 24-28, 2016 in sunny Miami Beach.

The festival, spanning both Miami – Dade and Broward counties, presents over 80 events featuring a plethora of options  for you to hand pick your favorite wine, spirits and food.  Top food and wine experts will host cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, pairings, gourmet dinners and seminars.  Past food and wine experts, like Emeril Lagasse, Rachel Ray, Bobby Flay, Martha Stewart and others have highlighted the four-day decadent festival.

The South Beach Wine & Food Festival has so many options to delight in such as late night parties, brunch events, grand tastings and intimate dinners.  In the Grand Tasting Village, you will sample bold cuisine, along with samplings of decadent wines and spirits.  Hand pick your favorite event and purchase tickets in advance.

The “Croquetas and Champagne” event will turn the Design District Paradise Plaza into an all-night party with free flowing champagne decanted by Champagne Henroit.  The best local area chefs will prepare their individual croquet interpretations and pay homage to the well-known Latin delicacy.  “Paellas and Tapas by the Pool” hosted by Jose Andres, also exemplifies the Latin flavor found in Miami Beach.

Rachel Ray hosts “Yappie Hour” for you and your four-legged bestie. The puppy playdate overlooks the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay.  Human guest will relish libations from Tito’s Vodka and Chateau La Paws.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model, Chrissy Teigen returns to the festival with the release of her first cookbook,” Cravings: Recipes for What You want To Eat Right Now”.  Teigen joins firefighters for a midnight soiree serving up breakfast creations accented by pours from Kenwood Vineyards.

If you love brunch, consider the Southern Kitchen Brunch hosted by Trisha Yearwood.  The brunch promises to give a taste of “down home cooking” including fried chicken and waffles, crawfish grits and warm apple pie.

Widely known as the most prestigious gourmet festival in America, the South Beach Wine & Food Festival has grown from a one-day festival attracting over 6,000 visitors to an internationally recognized epicurean gathering with an anticipated 50,000 guests in 2016.  Please visit SOBEWFF for ticket and package information here.
