Spring Training In Palm Beach County

Posted by Ali Kane on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 2:02pm.

February means the return of baseball for many fans. Spring Training brings a new season, new expectations, new players and goals for the upcoming MLB Baseball Season. Luckily for us here in Palm Beach County, four professional MLB teams play their Spring Training games at two of Palm Beach County stadiums.

Palm Beach County is home to Spring Training to the World Series Champions Washington Nationals, Houston Astros, St. Louis Cardinals and the Miami Marlins. The FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches hosts the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros for their Spring Training and the Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium hosts the St. Louis Cardinals and the Miami Marlins.

Spring Training is a time for fans to get a chance to watch their favorite baseball teams and players learn to play as a team again after their winter break. Players are more relaxed, talking to fans, signing autographs, hosting events and much more during their month long stay in Palm Beach County. Spring Training runs from February 22nd through March 22nd.

For Spring Training tickets and events, check out the FITTEAM Ballpark’s website or the Roger Dean’s website for more information.
