The Square Grouper Tiki Bar is a Jupiter staple. The Tiki bar sits on a strip of land jutting into the inlet that separates North Jupiter. Across the water is the Jupiter lighthouse, and out past the jetty is the open ocean. The bar itself is nothing more than a thatched-roof, open-air bar made from wood that likely washed ashore at some point. It's painted in multiple Caribbean themes. Plastic tables and chairs sit around the main bar area, which has a floor of white sand.

Square Grouper is a great place to visit during happy hour or as a great place to hand out for before or after dinner drinks. The Bar is right on the water and directly across from the Jupiter Lighthouse so you can pull up a few chairs and sit around a table in the sand while you relax, take in the sites, and socialize in the beautiful South Florida Winter weather.

Live Music

The Square Grouper has live music several times a week and every Friday Saturday and Sunday. This Friday (the 24th), for example, there will be two bands playing: The Goodnicks and Rob Arenth.

The Goodnicks

The Goodnicks hit the scene in late 2003 as an all original pop/rock – pop/country trio playing every rock showcase club in South Florida from Jupiter to Miami Beach.

Rob Arenth

Starting out as a classically trained guitarist at the age of 11, Rob Arenth attended the Alabama School of Fine Arts in the 8th grade. This path continued in high school when he won the prestigious “Louis Armstrong Jazz Award,” which helped facilitate a full music scholarship to Seminole College in Orlando, under the teachings of jazz great Dr. Bill Hinkle.
