Sunset Beach Yoga will happen this Sunday on Delray Beach from 4:00pm – 5:30pm. The session will be guided (but also open to self-practice) and will last about 80 minutes. Several techniques will be practiced including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Asana and Pranayama practice, and the session will finish in a Savasana (meditation- laying down.)

Start times may vary slightly depending on season and sunset time.

Yoga is great for nurturing flow through the body that implements vinyasa elements and focuses on muscular & skeletal strength and balance, liberating physical tension and energetic stagnation, meditation, and conscious breathing.

Directions

  • If coming from Federal Hwy, take Linton Blvd to A1A, turn left on A1A and the beach is on your right, parking is on the left (it comes up quick!)

  • From the North, Atlantic Dunes Park is located on A1A about a mile South of the Seagate beach club. The Parking will be on the right.

  • There is a metered parking lot for this beach and it DOES take cards!

  • The practice is held ON the beach so park, grab your mat, and walk across the street.

Where To Go

Walk across the street from the parking lot and onto the beach. We set up to the right of the sand entryway to the beach, in front of the dunes.

We are usually not at the beach until around 10 min. prior to class but you are welcome to come early and enjoy yourself of course.
