It is Taco Tuesday! If you are looking for some delicious Mexican food, then look no further then downtown West Palm Beach. There are a number of great restaurants to choose from, each with its own unique flavor and ambiance. Here is a short list to give you some ideas on where to go for your Taco Tuesday!

El Camino

El Camino is a popular spot located in Rosemary Square. Their happy hour menu, from 4pm to 7pm daily, features tacos, quesadillas, other small table bites, and of course their signature drinks. The draw to El Camino is that on happy hour, tacos are three dollars while margaritas are only five. Whether you are taking someone out on a date or just a casual night out with friends/family, El Camino will provide an incredible meal while not breaking the bank. You might look at your bill and ask yourself “is this for real?” It is real and it is awesome. The combination of food, service, and environment El Camino offers is something that will make you become a regular right after your first visit.

Rivales Taqueria & Craft Bar

Rivales Taqueria & Craft Bar is a fantastic option for those looking for authentic street-style Mexican food. Right behind Duffy’s off Clematis, Rivales is a hidden gem, and it is the go-to spot for locals of WPB. Their happy hour is highlighted by their delicious five-dollar house margaritas that will quench any summertime thirst. I highly recommend the fresh ceviche tacos or carnitas burrito for your entrée, but do not forget about the guacamole for the table before the main course, it is a must. If you want to know where the locals go, this is the place.

Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar

Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar is a Mexican cuisine staple here in South Florida. With locations all over, Rocco’s is definitely the most well known on this list and for good reason. During happy hour they offer discounted margarita pitchers and tacos that are fantastic. Be sure to grab a reservation or call ahead because tables and bar seats fill up quick.

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is a casual spot with a pickup window accompanied by indoor/outdoor seating. Their coconut shrimp tacos are out of this world and are a must try if you have not before. Add some of their mango salsa on top and thank me later. This is the perfect spot if you want to grab a taco and walk down to the water and enjoy the view of the intracoastal or the famous Clematis Street.

These are just a few of the many great Mexican restaurants in downtown West Palm Beach. No matter what you are looking for, you are sure to find something to your liking. Happy Taco Tuesday and enjoy!
