Jupiter has a lot of fun dog parks, aside from those though, it also offers a variety of fun activities for you and your fur baby this Fall.

Pucci & Catana

K-9 Corner

This Saturday, the 23rd, you can help hurt, injured and abandoned animals by participating in Peggy Adams’ annual “Walk for the Animals” benefit. The event will take place at a new walk location, the Meyer Amphitheatre.

This pet-friendly walk begins at 9:00am with check-in and registration, live entertainment and a free breakfast. At 10:15 am after opening ceremonies, participants will enjoy a scenic walk along the West Palm Beach Waterfront down Flagler Drive.

As participants complete the one-mile route, they'll enjoy pet costume contests with amazing prize baskets on the Amphitheatre's center stage. Categories include Best Dressed, Most Creative, Owner/Pet Look-A-Like and Best in Show. There will also be live entertainment, local vendors, and

Bring your dogs to the waterfront in West Palm Beach this Sunday, February 10th for their “Paws In The Park” event starting at 10 am.

This free event for dogs and their owners that features a pet photo booth, a doggie lure track for your pets to run around and play, food trucks, splash dogs dock jumping, a kid’s zone, a free gift provided by many of the vendors onsite for the day. The Food Trucks and vendors include: Little Moirs Food Shack and Leftovers Café, Dutch Magic, Chappy’s Food Cart, Tommy’s Concession, PCI Concessions Bar and Tropical Sno Dealtorship of Florida.

If you have one (or two or three) of these flaxen furballs, it’s that time of year in Jupiter to meet distant cousins and frolic with familiar friends at the 2018 Jupiter Golden Jubilee!

The event will kick-off on November 3rd at 10 am at mile marker #27 at Jupiter’s Dog Beach for a “Blessing of the Pups” and photos. After the announcements and blessings, the pups will have a chance to socialize and play on the beach.

Jupiter is home to one of the few remaining dog-friendly beaches in the state of Florida, and dog moms and dads from all around frequent here to let fido play and socialize. Owner-supervised dogs are permitted to run free for the 2.5-mile stretch from beach marker #25 at Marcinski Road going north to beach marker #59 on the south end of Carlin Park.

If you like to play dress-up with your pooch, or you just enjoy seeing how creative other dogs moms and dads in Palm Beach can be, CityPlace has the event for you.

On October 28th, show up ready to be overwhelmed with cuteness, or enter your pet in the Howl-O-Ween pet costume contest at CityPlace in Downtown West Palm Beach. Registration begins at 11am, and you must be registered by 11:45am in order to participate in the contest at noon.

There is a minimum $5 donation per pet, and four lucky finalists will win prizes.

Don’t have a dog??? Meet adorable adoptable pets from Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League from 11am-3pm, and NAME YOUR OWN ADOPTION FEES!

There will also be a pet photographer, music, games, and more.

If you’re planning to bring your furry friend with you when cruising to the Bahamas, you’ll need a permit. Your pet must be older than 6 months of age, have required vaccinations, and have a certificate of health from your veterinarian.
