The cost of homes has climbed sharply. Palm Beach did NOT make the top ten most expensive zip codes. Southeast Florida is an affordable paradise to call home. The top ten most expensive zip codes in the United States all have median home prices of more than $4 million, according to a report from Property Shark.

Of the 100 top priciest zip codes, 30 have median prices of over $3 million, more than twice the number of areas at that price last year.  The top two are:

  1. Atherton, California, sits outside of San Francisco in Silicon Valley and is home to tech billionaires and venture capitalists. It is the most expensive zip code in the country for the fifth year in a row, with a median home price of $7.5 million.                                   …

The Southeast Florida housing market reported higher median prices, a rise in all-cash sales, and constrained inventory levels in September compared to a year ago, according to Florida Realtors' latest housing data.  Condominium sales were up but single-family home sales slipped a bit from a year ago. Hopefully, you remembered to change the clocks back an hour Southeast Floridians.  Simple question, when does daylight savings start? When does daylight savings end?  Maybe, you wonder How Many Days till Daylight Savings 2021?  When do we Fall Back in 2021?

Here is just a friendly reminder of this weekend's time change. Remember to set your clocks back one hour. Currently, most of the United States begins Daylight Savings at exactly 2:00 am on the 2nd Sunday in March. Daylight Savings then reverts to Standard Time on the 1st Sunday in November which answers the question when do we Fall Back? 

Make sure to set the clock back one hour on November 7, 2021, at 2:00 am.  It will get darker earlier in the evening, and the sun will rise bright…

Ready or not Southeast Florida the holidays are quickly approaching.  In Just a couple of weeks, Thanksgiving will be here.  Time to start planning for the annual feast.  We are thankful for Abraham Lincoln’s declaration of a national holiday back in 1863, he proclaimed the last Thursday of November to be Thanksgiving Day.  

Some interesting and quirky facts about Thanksgiving Day:
