According to the Florida Bicycle Association, the month of March is Florida’s Bike Month. Through the month there are several bike riding events around the state to promote their mission by working together to build a bicycle-friendly state. The Palm Beach Zoo is hosting a 6-day Spring Break Zoo Camp starting Monday, March 18th through Friday March 22nd and then a day camp on Monday, March 25th.

The Spring Break Zoo Camp includes up close animal encounters, zoo keeping activities, visits to the animal habitats, behind the scenes tours, arts and crafts, games, scientific experiments, carousel rides and other educational activities.

The Zoo Camp is aimed for children ages 5 through 10 years old. The hours for the camp are from 9 am to 4 pm. There will also be before care and after care from 8:15 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 5:30 pm for an additional charge.

The cost for the camp is $275 dollars for zoo members and $305 dollars for non-members. Before care is $20 dollars extra and after care is $50…

This Saturday, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is hosting their Family Adventure Day: Celebrating Seminole Culture.

The Family Adventure Days are history inspired education and adventures to celebrate the unique culture of the Seminole Tribe in Florida. The waterfront activities are fun and educational for all ages. The morning will be filled with storytelling, demonstrations, games, activities, and arts and crafts at the iconic Lighthouse.

The event has partnered with the Ah-tah-thi-ki Museum for the day. All materials will be provided for the event. Guests are asked to bring their own picnic lunch to enjoy on the Lighthouse lawn overlooking the Jupiter Inlet.

The popular water park is reopening for the summer season this Saturday, March 9th. Rapids Rivers Water Park is the largest water park in all of South Florida with more than 30 acres of waterslides, pools, and much more. This year the park is celebrating its 40th Anniversary.

The water park features 35 water slides ranging in all levels of intensity. Some of the water slides include rafts that can hold up to six people at a time. Sant Ambroeus host a live Jazz Night every Wednesday starting at 7 pm until 10 pm and during the night select menu items will be half price.
