Consumers using the Internet in their homebuying process in South Florida continues to grow. Interestingly, those buyers are more likely to use a real estate agent, than not use a real estate professional according to an annual survey from the National Association of Realtors.

The National Association of Realtors, “Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers”, included survey responses from thousands of individuals who purchased a home during a one-year period of time. The seller information in the report is from those buyers who also sold a home. Home buyers who purchased a home during that time period, the highest share ever ,92 percent, used the Internet to search for a home.
