Celebrating The Annual South Florida Beach Festival is more than just adoring the sun rays, sand and sea that result in the feeling of “hakuna matata.”
This year will be its 8th South Florida Beach Festival event and will take place in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The festival has become a 501 © (3) non-profit organization that is fully dedicated to unravel the prospective of people with developmental delays, support encouragement for autism issues and scientific research.Their mission: “Our focus is to eliminate stigma through public awareness and education and to unite communities through volunteerism.”
The Surfers For Autism was founded by a small pack of surfers from sunny South Florida in 2007 with a humble notion by a fellow whose life and family has been touched by autism. The group alleged that the idea of familiarizing surfing to youngsters on the spectrum of autism awareness to surfing embraced and so the group scheduled the foundational Deerfield Beach event and has included many other locations in South Florida in the Palm Beach and Broward County's.
