Meander around the eclectic mix of specialty shops, restaurants, art galleries, and unique music venues along two main streets, Lake Avenue and Lucerne Avenue. The revitalized downtown of Lake Worth has unique treasures worth discovering. Lake Worth is a coastal city of seven square miles, located in Palm Beach County. Downtown Lake Worth is the artistic soul of Palm Beach County with a historic theater and a museum, live music clubs, coffee houses, art galleries, antique malls, retail stores, and eateries.

Lake Worth’s City Hall is a declaration for the rainbow coalition. The murals around town on various sides of buildings are colorful and range from wildlife, dogs, ocean, and political statements. The tasteful murals are without graffiti. There are multiple eclectic and vintage downtown shops.

Stop at any of the restaurants on Lake Avenue for dinner and end the evening with cocktails at Madhatter Lounge. The friendly neighborhood lounge has a large patio, karaoke, open mic nights, games, and a good mix of cocktails, beers, and wine.
