Turtle Trot 5K 2013

The Town of Jupiter is bringing back its beloved, annual Turtle Trot. This is the 23rd annual Turtle Trot 5K and it sure to set the bar high!

Runners from all over the area come out to run from Carlin Park down the beach road (A1A) to the Jupiter Inlet and back. Thereare 15 age groups for the race and the top 3 male and top 3 female runners from each group will take home awards. Some of the new things to look forward to this year in the race include group registration and the kid’s fun run! The group registration allows for 3 or more runners to run together as a team, the team with the most participants will win an award. For the kids, the fun run is a mile long run that is not timed. It is perfect for kids 11 and under!

Jot These Dates Down!

  • May 1- pre-registration. Register by 5:00pm!
  • May 3- IMPORTANT! Packet pickup. This is one day only where you can pick up your registration and race day papers.
  • May 4- RACE DAY! Race day registration ends at 7:00am and the race begins at 7:30am.

If you are looking to volunteer rather than race you can do that as well! Turtle Trot needs both adult and teenage volunteers to help with traffic control, water stations, registration and more! The volunteers will be given a race t-shirt and delicious continental breakfast.
