Virtual Art Camps For Kids This Summer

The Lighthouse ArtCenter in Tequesta is opening its world class art programs with an innovative approach.

 The new program introduced is for children ages 6 through 12. Children can join in on their “Super Summer” program and they will receive an ArtCamp in each box every week available by curbside pickup at the center or by mail.

The “Super Summer” art camp combines independent exploration and three optional interactive and zoom led classes with the help of the community. Each week, the box will contain the supplies needed to create your own characters and pieces. Virtual shows will be on Friday’s to show and explain their work.

The “Super Summer” art camp runs from June 1st through July 31st. Summer classes and programs for older children and adults begins on June 1st. Visitors to the art gallery are required to wear a mask.
