The American German Club of the Palm Beaches in Lake Worth, Florida is hosting, Oktoberfest for two weekends of family fun in a row for the 42nd Oktoberfest of 2015!
Screen on the Green: Oct. 9
Outdoor movie watching has never been more inviting than on the West Palm Beach, Florida Waterfront. Sit on the Great Lawn overlooking the spectacular waterfront in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Bring a blanket or a chair and purchase “movie time” popcorn, snacks and beverages from our stocked concession stand.
On October 10, 2015 a super fun themed family event created to raise awareness and support for foster children in the area of Palm Beach County. The 5k will have awards in each age group to its winners, but everyone will be superhero as a custom finisher’s medal will be received upon the completion line. This event will be held at John Prince Park in Lake Worth, Florida. Don't forget to dress up in your favorite costume!

Miami Broward Carnival: Oct. 9-11
The Miami Broward Carnival is upon us, a great time for all the festivities of Caribbean parties, island fairs and cultural celebrations, among the colorful backdrop! Broward and Miami counties will join together to throw an amazing party to showcase the best of the Caribbean’s and steel bands competing and the King/Queen pageant competition. There will be countless festival goers to partake in the carnival activities and Miami Soul has the weekend covered with plenty of fun! The cultural show lineup begins on October 9-11 at the Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds in Miami and Central Broward Regional Park & Stadium in Lauderhill.
