Rock climbing is an increasingly popular form of exercise that offers fitness enthusiasts to get in shape, and to test how good of shape they are really in. Here are some indoor and outdoor rocking climbing locations in and around the Palm Beaches.

ProjectRock is a huge indoor rock-climbing facility that offers courses for newbies and veterans alike. They also have classes for fitness and to learn how to get into climbing as a fun, effective form of exercise.

Coral Cliffs Rock Climbing Center

Coral Cliffs Rock Climbing Center in Fort Lauderdale offers lead climbing classes, as well as private instruction, beginners’ classes, and even classes for kids. This is a great place to get into rock climbing before you get started going on your own.

The Nature Conservancy Blowing Rocks offers some great real-world rock walls for more experienced climbers. You should not try to climb real, outdoor, rocks or cliffs if you are a beginner.
