Each Saturday morning you can participate in a relaxing experience that will help center you after a hectic workweek. One big reason to practice yogo is that it has a significant impact on dialing down chronic stress.

You must bring your own mat, towel, and water. After your refreshing workout, stay for a casual, yet lively, brunch starting at 11 a.m. at the Canopy outdoor terrace. The terrace offers the perfect atmosphere for outdoor social events and a bird’s eye view of Downtown West Palm Beach. If you prefer to go home and shower up, come back to sip cocktails while admiring the evening view of Downtown and the Atlantic Ocean from the Treehouse.

It is the perfect way to kick off an enjoyable rejuvenating start to the weekend.
