About the Waterfront Way Foundation

Rob Thomson, the managing partner of Waterfront Properties & Club Communities, founded Waterfront Way Foundation’s to empower residents of Palm Beach County to live happier, healthier, and ultimately better lives.

Initially self-funded, the Waterfront Way Foundation furthers Thomson’s long held philosophy of community-based philanthropy and good corporate citizenry.

“I am very concerned,” Thomson said, “about the monumental challenges faced by under-resourced kids. I’ll be working closely with my board to pinpoint specific areas of need.”

The Waterfront Way Foundation relies on both its board of directors as well as nearly 100-agents and yacht brokers from Waterfront Properties & Club Communities. Many such agents and yacht brokers have been at Waterfront for decades, the success from which has enabled them to play a significant role in local charities in and around the Palm Beaches.
